1. What is your price in comparison with Rapaport?

2. Can I pay for the diamond in Rupees?
For International sales we only accept US$ (United States Dollars) as payments, the buyers banker is responsible for converting to US$ and the EFT amount must be the full dollar amount stated. For local south African buyers, payments will only be accepted in South African Rands (ZAR)
3. What is the cost of shipping?
International shipping is charged at $250 per parcel, fully insured. Local shipping in South Africa is R250, with the longer distance being subsidised by ourselves
4. Are you charging sales tax?
Only local South African sales attract Value Added Tax (VAT) of 14%, which will be added to the prices displayed / quoted. All international sales are exported exempt of local South African Value Added Tax (VAT), however, when the goods arrive and are imported into your international country, your local sales taxes, value added taxes and import duties & levies will be applicable for you (the Buyer) to deal with on your end with your authorities.
5. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
There is a money back guarantee, provided the polsihed diamonds are returned to us within 10 days and have been verified by GIA to ensure that they are the original polished diamonds sent by us. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
6. What type of payments do you accept?
Due to the high costs of credit card transactions, we only accept direct Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) payments.
7. Are coloured diamonds real diamonds?
All our diamonds, including our coloured diamonds are genuine natural diamonds accompanied by a certificate from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) as verification. Our certified, natural fancy yellow diamonds are today considered as extremley sought after investment diamonds due to their scarcity.
8. What shapes are most popular in fancy coloured diamonds?
Cushions and radiant cuts are the most popular shapes as they retain more of the original weight and colour of the original rough crystal, due to their limited availability and scarcity.
9. What is the colour grading standard for coloured diamonds?
The Internationally acceptable colour grading standard of the GIA generally refers to Cape Yellows and the following fancy yellow range: Natural fancy light yellow, natural fancy intense yellow, natural fancy vivid yellow, natural fancy deep yellow. Blue, pink and red diamonds are other scarce colours attracting premium prices.
10. When and how will the Diamond be delivered?
Once our bankers have verified your payment, we will contact our shippers, RAM, to query delivery details and timing to your specific address. Once we have this information, we will advise you on a delivery date. RAM will deliver hand to hand for valuable cargo, and we will supply you with a tracking number. Please note, there is a 1 day export procedure from South Africa.
11. Does shipping include insurance?
Yes, the polished diamonds are insured for their full purchase value.
